Stella is a Design + Research lead within Azure Cloud + AI at Microsoft, where she leads the Digital Operations experience across Azure IoT Operations, Azure IoT Hub, Azure Device Registry, Azure Device Update, Device Provisioning Service, and Microsoft Specialized Clouds. She also helps define next-generation experiences in Physical AI, Agentic Operations, and Sovereign Cloud. Her team enables organizations to securely connect, manage, and optimize devices and industrial assets at scale through a unified IoT platform, transforming real-time operational data into AI-driven insights and actions that improve efficiency, reliability, and enable increasingly autonomous operations. Prior to her current role, Stella led Bing Visual Search, the Visual Search Developer Platform, and Live Camera Search, driving innovations that enhanced Bing Image Search and contributed to Microsoft's Super App vision across both first-party and third-party experiences. Before joining Microsoft, she worked at Ralph Lauren, Columbia University, and a tech startup.
